Decide to take another card if you want to increase your hand's total or stand to keep your current total. Your goal is to have a hand total closer to 21 than the dealer's without exceeding it. If your hand exceeds 21, you bust automatically. Apply the double down option to double your bet and receive exactly one more card. Divide your hand if you have two cards of the same value to play two separate hands. Monitor the dealer's face-up card to plan your next move. Win by having a higher hand total without busting or if the dealer busts. Remember that a natural (an Ace and a 10-value card) pays out higher than a regular win.
